Terms of Service

By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using the Oxvell platform (“Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms of Service in full.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

Oxvell is a live training marketplace connecting learners with expert practitioners in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, MLOps, and related technical disciplines. Our core service consists of:

• Live 1:1 training sessions conducted over video call, typically 60 or 90 minutes in duration.
• A free 15-minute introductory demo session available to all new learners with no payment required.
• A curated marketplace of independently contracted trainer-practitioners who meet our verification and quality standards.
• Session scheduling, payment processing, and quality assurance infrastructure.

Oxvell does not employ trainers directly. Trainers are independent contractors who set their own rates and availability. Oxvell facilitates the booking and quality-assures the experience.

To access paid sessions and manage your bookings, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
• Notify us immediately at nextapai.head@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

All session prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the Oxvell platform fee. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Authorise-then-capture model: When you book a session, your card is authorised (reserved) but not charged. The charge is captured only upon completion of the session. This protects you against charges for sessions that do not occur.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation more than 4 hours before the session start time: no charge, full authorisation release.
• Cancellation less than 4 hours before session start: 50% of the session fee is charged as a late cancellation fee.
• No-show (learner does not attend without cancelling): 100% of the session fee is charged.
• Trainer cancellation: you will not be charged and will receive priority rescheduling assistance.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

We stand behind the quality of every trainer on Oxvell. If your first paid session does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session end time.

To claim the guarantee, email nextapai.head@gmail.com with your session ID and a brief description of your concern. We will review your request within 24 hours and process the refund without requiring justification.

The guarantee applies to your first paid session only. Subsequent sessions are subject to the standard cancellation policy above.

All trainers on Oxvell have undergone a multi-stage vetting process:

• Identity verification via government-issued ID.
• Background screening through a certified third-party provider.
• Technical assessment conducted by our curriculum team.
• Trial session review before public listing.

Contact protection: Trainer personal contact information (email, phone, social handles) is never exposed to learners through the platform. All communication occurs via Oxvell's messaging infrastructure. Attempting to solicit or share off-platform contact details is a violation of these terms.

Trainers are removed from the platform for sustained below-standard ratings, confirmed complaints, or violations of the code of conduct.

All content on the Oxvell platform — including but not limited to text, design, code, graphics, and the Oxvell name and logo — is owned by Nextap AI and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Session recordings are owned jointly by Oxvell and the trainer. Learners receive a personal, non-transferable licence to review their own session recordings for educational purposes. Recordings may not be shared, resold, or published without explicit written consent.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the platform may be used by Oxvell without compensation or attribution.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Attempt to contact trainers or learners outside the platform to circumvent fees.
• Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture session content beyond your personal use licence.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access platform data.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward trainers or other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with platform systems.
• Resell access to the platform or your account credentials.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxvell and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Oxvell in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
