If you need help processing a cancellation or reschedule, email us with your booking details and we will assist.
If Oxvell needs to cancel a confirmed session from our side, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.
We aim to make rescheduling seamless and will help you move to another suitable slot or trainer where needed.
We offer a full money-back guarantee on your first session. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the full amount with no questions asked.

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times:
If you do not join the session and have not cancelled in advance, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
